Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with purchased product, you can return it within 14 calendar days of the receipt of merchandise. Please note that all returned shoes must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging. It is highly recommended to try shoes on a carpeted surface. Shipping cost is not refundable. Shipping cost on returns is customer's responsibility. Clearance shoes might be exchanged only. Returned product that is damaged or with some signs of use would not be refunded.

How to return shoes 

Please, contact us via e-mail at contact@shoes4kids.com and we will instruct you how to proceed with the return.

Below is the address where you have to mail the products back.Please, note-we will deduct the shipping cost from the refunded amount. Once the returned shoes are received by us and inspected, we will mail you a refund check. Please, let us know if you want us to mail the check to a different address than the original shipping address.

All returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the time of purchase. We will deduct the shipping cost from all returns and exchages when the refund is issued(Purchase price - our shipping cost = refund $ amount).

 Shipping cost on all returns and exchanges is customer's responsibility. We will not accept returns or exchanges on products that are demaged or have signs of use.
